This is the second agreement between the two institutions, who previously partnered on several programmes between 2006 and 2011. The partnership is focused on supporting the ongoing work carried out by the Real Madrid Foundation across 25 youth centres, which cater for almost 1,000 unaccompanied children who are looked after by the public authorities. The Foundation’s work consists of weekly socio-sporting, values-based football and basketball activities. The partnership will contribute towards the running of these initiatives.
Speaking at the event, Lozano, the chairwoman of the CSD and the Youth Sport Foundation, expressed her "satisfaction at once again working alongside an iconic institution like Real Madrid, on this occasion through its Foundation, which represents so many values, and to be able to work together to help the most disadvantaged groups through sport, a tool that is so successful in achieving integration. We at the Youth Sport Foundation work tirelessly to improve the lives of our youth and society in general through sport and as institutions, we have to join forces to seek more ambitious objectives".
Florentino Pérez: "We will up our efforts as we continue to work for the most needy"

The Real Madrid Foundation will always be there for our society and institutions to work together on socio-sporting projects that are as necessary as these".
