The Real Madrid Foundation’s social sports schools and projects aim to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances and abilities, is able to access team sports and their values.
Through its unique, exclusive and internationally pioneering educational methodology, Por una educación REAL: Valores y deporte (For a REAL education: values and sport), the Foundation follows a flexible social intervention model that combines the physical and mental benefits involved in weekly sporting activity and the assimilation of the educational and universal values involved in team sport.
The projects are aimed particularly at helping individuals from vulnerable groups to achieve social integration and improve the quality of their lives and represents a role model in the fields of education, development cooperation and social integration in terms of the way in which it uses sport as a tool and vehicle.
