Cristiano, James and Marcelo, scorers in their international matches. The five madridistas called up by Spain took part in the victory against France.During the latest round of international fixtures, Cristiano Ronaldo James and Marcelo were on target, whilst Isco netted in Spain's first game. Toni Kroos, Marco Asensio, Sergio Ramos, Dani Carvajal and Isco all featured in their teams' two victories.
Germany v England (1-0)
Azerbaijan v Germany (1-4)
Germany, with Toni Kroos in the starting eleven, won on the road in Azerbaijan in a qualifying match for next summer's World Cup. The madridista was substituted in the 89th minute. Before the match, Germany contested a high-profile friendly at Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park against England. The game ended 1-0 to the hosts, with Lucas Podolski netting the winner and Kroos completing the full 90 minutes.
Spain Under-21s v Denmark Under-21s (3-1)
Italy Under-21s v Spain Under-21s (1-2)
Marco Asensio was once again a starter for Spain Under-21s as they took on Italy in a friendly clash at Rome's Stadio Olimpico. The madridista played an instrumental role in the win and came close to scoring after he fired in an effort that struck the upright following a fine piece of control in the box. Last week saw Asensio produce another impressive performance as he claimed an assist in the team's friendly fixture against Denmark.

Gareth Bale's Wales could only claim a draw in Dublin in an encounter that represented the Madrid forward's only outing during the current international break. The madridista completed the full 90 minutes of this Matchday 5 World Cup qualifier.
Croatia v Ukraine (1-0)
Estonia v Croatia (3-0)
Luka Modric played the full game as Croatia narrowly overcame the Ukraine, a result which propels them to the summit of their qualifying group. Meanwhile, Mateo Kovacic entered the fray in the 79th minute. The Croats' second game was a friendly clash against Estonia, in which Kovacic played a full 90 minutes, whilst Modric didn't feature at all.
Portugal v Hungary (3-0)
Portugal v Sweden (2-3)
Portugal, with Cristiano and Pepe in the starting line-up, beat Hungary at Lisbon's Estádio da Luz in a World Cup qualifier. The Whites' forward was key in the win, bagging a brace to lead his national side to victory. Ronaldo was again amongst the goals in the friendly outing against Sweden in his home city of Funchal, where he was substituted on 58'. Pepe played no part in this game.

Isco, who came on for the final 20 minutes, found the net to complete the rout over Israel at El Molinón. Ramos and Carvajal, who both started, were the other two Real Madrid players on show in this World Cup qualifier. In the friendly meeting with France, Carvajal and Ramos played the full 90 minutes, whilst Morata and Isco both started and featured for 84 and 53 minutes respectively. Nacho came on in the 86th minute. Prior to kick-off there was a tribute paid to Ramond Kopa, with a mosiac which spelt the name of the Madrid legend on show and a minute's applause observed in his memory.
