Pablo Laso has now been in charge of the most games in the history of Real Madrid, level with Lolo Sainz. He coached his 734th game against Movistar Estudiantes, a number reached in his tenth season on the Real Madrid bench, where he has won 20 titles.

The Vitoria-born coach beats a record from 32 years ago, when Lolo Sainz left the Real Madrid bench in 1989. Since his arrival in the 2011-12 season, he has achieved success, leading Los Blancos to one of the most successful periods in their history with 2 Euroleagues, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 5 LaLigas, 6 Copa del Rey and 6 Supercups. He has overseen 27 finals, winning 20 of them.

Laso is 2 titles behind Lolo Sainz (22) and 7 behind Pedro Ferrándiz (27).
