The Real Madrid Foundation, Ipsen and Janssen organise a virtual meeting on prostate cancer

The Real Madrid Foundation and the pharmaceutical laboratories Ipsen and Janssen will hold a virtual meeting with experts on prostate cancer. The event, which will take place on Thursday 11 June (World Prostate Cancer Day) at 4pm, can be followed live on the Real Madrid Foundation's Facebook and YouTube profiles. This initiative is part of the campaign Don't get caught offside, which seeks to give visibility, raise awareness and highlight the importance of early diagnosis of the disease.

The event will be open to questions from the public via the chat platforms and will be attended by the Director of Institutional Relations of Real Madrid, Emilio Butragueño. In addition, Mario Domínguez, urologist at the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital; Enrique Gallardo, medical oncologist at the Parc Taulí University Hospital in Sabadell; Raquel García, radiotherapy oncologist at the Hospital Clínico in Valencia; and Marcos Martínez, manager of the Spanish Cancer Patient Group (GEPAC) will also participate.
