The Whites have not lost in the last four games of the last campaign and the eight played in the current one.
Real Madrid not only won in San Paolo and qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League but also beat an historic record in the competition in which they are the most successful team ever. The Whites have gone 12 matches unbeaten in the European Cup for the first time in their history.
Real Madrid have reached this milestone adding the last four games of last season’s competition in which they won la Undécima to the eight that have been played during this campaign. On two previous occasions they have gone 11 games without losing: between the 2010/11 and the 2011/12 seasons and between the 2009/10 and the 2010/11 season.
