Theo Hernández makes his debut

"I'm thrilled to have made my first appearance for Real Madrid, now I have to keep growing".
Theo Hernández got his first taste of Real Madrid action in the friendly against Manchester United. The left-back came on for Marcelo at half-time and in the 69th minute, he won the penalty that brought about the equalising goal, as Casemiro stepped up to make it 1-1. The defender had the following to say after the game: "I'm really happy to have made my first appearance for Real Madrid, and to have won the penalty which brought about the equaliser".

"I felt very comfortable, now I have to play more games and keep learning and growing as a player. We've all worked brilliantly this week. We did a good job in the game and competed well. Now we've got to continue working hard".
