The captain is the 15th highest appearance maker for Real Madrid in the competition.
Sergio Ramos played his 341st Real Madrid league game in the match against Espanyol equaling  Butragueño's record in the completion. The Andalucian defender is already a club legend, being the madridista to have made the 15th most appearances in La Liga. The captain is now in his twelfth season at Real Madrid and his record is: 237 wins, 47 draws and 57 defeats. 

Ramos scored in the win over Osasuna in matchweek three and has scored in each of his seasons. He has a total of 43 goals. Emilio Butragueño is one of the greatest forwards in madridista history and he scored 123 goals in 341 games in La Liga. Between 1984 and 1895, el Buitre played in 12 league season, winning the title on six occasions.
