NEWS | 05/12/2013 | Realmadrid.comStudents of the Fundación Real Madrid's inclusive school, which is held in collaboration with the Fundación Carmen Pardo-Valcarce in its Montecarmelo centre, had the chance to meet Álvaro Morata in person.
Álvaro Morata showed his caring side during the visit: “I am delighted to be able to visit this project. It is great that football is able to make children realise that just because they are differently abled it does not mean they cannot enjoy themselves like everybody else. I am really excited to be visiting this inclusive Fundación Real Madrid project".
This is the second inclusive football school where the students train twice a week. This means that, together, the kids enjoy the benefits of exercise, improve their health and their quality of life, while sharing a series of values: dedication, hard work and team work. Values that allow them to break barriers.
The object of the programmes is to prepare differently abled students for integration in their ordinary school teams, so that there is real integration through sport in educational and beneficial activities for their development and socialisation.
