Official Announcement: Chus Mateo

Real Madrid C.F. and Chus Mateo have agreed to end his time as coach of Real Madrid basketball.

Real Madrid would like to thank Chus Mateo for his work and commitment during the three seasons he has been in charge of the Whites, during which time he won six titles: one Euroleague, two LaLiga titles, one Copa del Rey, and two Spanish Super Cups. He was also named Euroleague Coach of the Year in 2023-2024.

Chus Mateo has always represented the values of our club in an exemplary manner. Real Madrid wishes him and his family all the best in this new stage of his life.
