The U-19s have reached the last-sixteen in every one of their seven years in the competition.
The U-19s have qualified for the Youth League last-sixteen as Group A winners, thus extending their run in the Group Stages. The academy side have come through this phase on every occasion since the tournament's inception in 2013/14. On the 14th of February, the team led by Dani Poyatos will discover their last-sixteen opponents, with the game two take place on the 3rd or 4th of March.

Of their seven appearances in the Youth League, they have only failed to reach the last-sixteen directly on two occasions. The first time, was in 2015/16, when they came through a play-off tie with Elfsborg 1-3. That was the case once more in 2017/18, when the Whites got the better of Krasnodar in a penalty shootout (0-3).

Eleven goal scorers
The youth team's goal-scoring capabilities are being reflected in the number of different scorers in the Youth League. So far, eleven Whites' players have found the back of the net in the six Group Stage games. Pedro, Dotor, Pablo, Jordi and Latasa, all on two, are leading the way at this stage. The list is completed by Baeza, Arribas, Ismael, Miguel Gutierrez, Pablo Ramón and Álvaro, who have all struck once.
