Solari and Raúl to feature in Real Madrid Foundation's 2nd Coaching Convention

Real Madrid City will host the training days.
The 2nd edition of  Coaching Convention, the international football coaches and sports coaches seminar, will take place between 16 and 19 January 2020. The event, which is organised by the Real Madrid Foundation and Kohfahl Ballstrategien, has the support of Real Madrid's Sporting Department, will involve the participation of Raúl and Solari. For the second year running, Real Madrid City will host these training days aimed at coaches who are not part of Real Madrid or the club's Foundation.

These session will see knowledge shared regarding the Foundation's unique and cutting-edge methodology, as well as the basic principles of Real Madrid's Sporting Department. Following the success of the inaugural edition, which brought together over 100 professionals from across Europe, and in response to the significant demand and the amount of content, the seminar has been extended by a day, being staged from Thursday to Sunday, with the number of practical sessions increased.
Professional talks
During the course of the theoretical sessions, attendees will get the chance to listen to talks given by professionals from the Real Madrid academy and the Real Madrid Foundation's Training Department, with the talks looking at various aspects of football in the development stage, such as Structure and organisation of the academy and football schools, Training methodology, Psychology and sporting performance, sporting values in training sessions, Design of microcycles and injury prevention, Performance analysis and the new Football and neuroscience session. 

Sessions, debates and visits
The theory sessions will be complemented with practical, on-field sessions, viewing examples, attending training sessions involving Real Madrid's youth teams and the Foundation's socio-sporting schools. Proceedings will be rounded off with an interesting round-table debate that will look at the role of values in youth football. The event will be concluded with a 'White weekend', which will include visits of the Tour BernabéuReal Madrid City and the stadium restaurants.
