Asamblea General 2019

All points addressed have been passed by the Ordinary General Assembly

The delegate members approved the accounts for the 2018/19 year, the budget for 2019/20 and social contributions for 2020/21 by a large majority.
Real Madrid's delegate members approved all points on the agenda at the Ordinary General Assembly 2019, which was held in the basketball sports centre at Real Madrid City. There was an absolute majority in favour of the management of president Florentino Pérez and his Executive Board, and the members approved the accounts for the 2018/19 year, the budget for 2019/20 and social contributions for 2020/21.

At the Assembly, Florentino Pérez and third vice-president, Pedro López Jiménez spoke to the committee, as well as all delegate members who requested as such.

Proposed resolutions at the Ordinary General Assembly:
POINT TWO. Approval of the Settlement of the Budget, the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account for the year 2018/2019.
The result of the 1,035 votes cast was 1,021 in favour, 2 against and 12 abstentions. Some 98.64% votes in favour.

POINT THREE. Approval of the Budget of Revenues and Expenses and the Activities Project for the year 2019/2020.
The result of the 1,042 votes cast was 1,028 in favour, 1 against and 13 abstentions. Some 98.65% votes in favour.

POINT FOUR. Approval of the Social Contributions for the season 2020/2021.
The result of the 1,042 votes cast was 1,029 in favour, 7 against and 6 abstentions. Some 98.75% votes in favour.
