Real Madrid members will be able to avail of a ‘members service desk’ which will only be open on match days. This members service desk is located in Gate 42 of the Stadium, beside Tour A (Avda. Concha Espina) and will be open from 90 minutes before the game until the beginning of the half-time break.
In exceptional circumstances the cases handled in this members service desk are:

Requesting proof of membership. . Non-season-ticket holding members who forget or misplace their membership card and want to purchase a ticket in conjunction with a discount, can request for proof of their membership status. After that they can go to one of the other box-office booths in order to buy their tickets.

Printing tickets for season-ticket holders. . Season-ticket holding members who forget or misplace their season-ticket on a match day may request season-ticket entry.

To avail of this service it is essential that you identify yourself with either your membership card or your original DNI (national ID). In the case of third persons, they must identify themselves and present written authorisation signed by the member accompanied by a copy of both sides of the member's DNI. Access will not be granted to family members, or third persons who do not present authorisation from the person whose name the season-ticket is under. The only authorisations that will be considered valid are those that are written and signed by the member and accompanied by a copy of both sides of the member's DNI.

Tickets are not sold to members or the general public at the service desk.

This service does not constitute a right, therefore repeated attendance shall be communicated to the Social Discipline Commission in order to take the appropriate measures, which may lead to the prohibition of the issue of any stadium access document at said ticket office to those members.
