Real Madrid Castilla said goodbye to the Alfredo Di Stéfano for this year with a draw against Talavera. The reserves deserved more; generating numerous chances and dominating from start to finish. Raúl's team won a point and extended their unbeaten run (10 games in a row). The madridistas have yet to lose at home this season and continue in the upper part of the table.
Castilla took the initiative early on, having the first chance on goal after just six minutes with an Álvaro header that went over the bar. The Madrid striker would be in the spotlight once again in the 19th minute, finding the back of the net this time. However, the goal was disallowed for offside. Before the 60 minute mark, Raúl's team stepped up their game and that's when the clearest opportunities came. First Biel got a hand on an Arribas shot after a good passing move with Dotor. In the next play, another Álvaro headed effort hit the woodwork.

Castilla Were Better Side
The madridistas created chance after chance and Álvaro Martín, Arribas and Rafa Marín had all tried their luck from distance before the break. Castilla continued to dominate after the restart and, in the 54th minute, Biel denied Arribas from close range after a good team move by Raúl's team. The reserves would try again soon after with a shot over the crossbar by Tobías. However, Talavera responded with a fast counterattack led by Álvaro Juan, who failed to beat De Luis in the one-on-one (82nd minute). Although Castilla were down to ten men in the final minutes due to Dotor's dismissal for a double yellow, the scoreline remained unchanged and Castill earned a point.
