Seven Real Madrid players were involved in EURO 2022, which is taking place in England from 6 to 31 July. Misa, Ivana, Olga, Teresa, Esther and Athenea were knocked out in the quarter-finals with Spain, while Svava's Denmark couldn't make it out of the Group Stage.

The Spanish team fell short of reaching the semi-finals after they lost to England in extra-time at the Amex Stadium. Esther opened the scoring for Spain from an Athenea assist, while Teresa and Olga were also involved.

Misa, Ivana, Olga, Teresa, Esther and Athenea are all in the Spain squad who have qualified for the quarter-finals. The Spaniards got off to a winning start in the competition after defeating Finland at the Stadium MK, with Esther and Athenea taking part. The former played 76 minutes and the latter was brought on with 76 minutes gone. In the clash with Germany, Anthenea played 20 minutes. Against Denmark, Olga set up the winning goal, while Esther and Anthenea were both involved.

Denmark slipped to defeat against Germany at the Brentford Community Stadium in their opener, with Svava playing 70 minutes. In the win over Finland at the Stadium MK, she took to the pitch on 56', but played no part in the third clash against Spain.
