The Alfredo Di Stéfano played host to a meeting between two reserve teams as Real Madrid Castilla  ran out 3-1 winners over Las Palmas Atlético  in this league Matchday 24 contest. The Whites outperformed the Canary Islanders and this, the team's 10th victory of the campaign was secured courtesy of strikes from MarvinAyoub and Marc Gual.

Castilla began proceedings looking for an early lead and fashioned the first opening in the second minute, when Baeza combined with Marc Gual. The Madrid second string were completely on top at this stage, and duly took the lead on 25', when the visiting goalkeeper failed to clear Baeza's flag kick and the ball fell to Marvin, who fired home to make it 1-0. The madridistas' dominance continued after this opening goal and a second followed just four minutes later, when Ayoub nodded Guillem's right-wing cross into the back of the net.

Whites' dominance
After the restart, Raúl's charges continued where they'd left off and the hosts further extended their lead on 49' when Marc Gual found the far corner with a right-footed finish following a fine solo run. The Islanders cut the arrears on 61 through Pablo Haro's effort from range.

Castilla extend unbeaten run to a third matchday.

Castilla weren't rocked by this goal and continued to muster chances. Fran García could have made it four, but he was denied by the woodwork. Baeza once again proved a menace with a 75th-minute shot from outside the box that Alex Domínguez palmed behind for a corner. Raúl's troops had a final opening on 87', when Baeza's free-kick effort kissed the post. The Whites' second string ultimately secured all three points to extend their unbeaten run to a third matchday.
