“I always try and make the most of it whenever the coach gives me a chance”, said the full-back.
Achraf Hakimi started at right-back in Real Madrid’s thrashing of Celta, and he discussed how the team was feeling in the mixed zone after the final whistle.  The youth graduate reflected: “We were keen to round off the season well in front of our fans and give them something to celebrate, which is exactly what we’ve done”.

“We’re very pleased to have picked up the result and with the work the team is doing. We always try and keep a clean sheet and we’re happy to have achieved that today. This team is full of ambition, we always want more and that’s just what we showed following the first goal”.
“I always try to make the most of the opportunities the coach gives me. I’m an offensive minded player, I like to get into the opposition box and I showed that today. Benzema passed it from deep and I didn’t have to think. Beforehand, Zidane told me to be calm, as I have been in other games, and to go out and enjoy myself”.
"I keep working and improving, that is what I wanted to do this term, and I was able to show that in the last game at the Bernabéu. I am thrilled with the win and goal. I don’t know about the future, I’m focused on the two remaining games and then there’ll be time for the club, coach and I to make a decision. I’m young, I have to improve and I’m here to learn from the best, that’s why I’m at Real Madrid".
