 The Representative Member service is available at the Member Support Office at Real Madrid City (Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas Nº402, 28055 - Madrid).
As of Monday 31 October 2022, the days and times for attending to Representative Members in person will be as follows: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

All other days of the week, the offices will remain closed, with members able to use the aforementioned communication channels: email and telephone.

In the event of a mid-week match, the Customer Service Office at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (OAS ESB) will close 4 hours prior to kick-off. The Customer Service Office at Real Madrid City (OAS CRM) will close 4 hours prior to kick-off.


Members must make an appointment at either of the two offices, using the appointment service available to them, in order to guarantee compliance with the appropriate health measures within in place due to COVID-19.

TIn order to make an appointment, members must log in to the Online Member Support Office and click on the "appointment" button, where they can select the date and time from the available options. Once the booking is made, they will receive a confirmation email where they will be able to check the details of the appointment, as well as make changes or cancel it.
