NEW SANTIAGO BERNABÉU STADIUM OFFICE
From 1 July 2021, the new Members' SUPPORT Office at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium will be open to Real Madrid members. The office is located at Calle Segre Nº29 (access via Calle del Darro Nº32, 28002 - Madrid).
From Monday 31 October 2022, the days and times for attending to members in person at both offices will be as follows: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
All other days of the week, the offices will remain closed, with Representative Member able to use the exclusive service and information channels:
In the event of a mid-week match, the members' office at Real Madrid City (OAS CRM) will close 4 hours prior to kick-off.
The Member support Office at Real Madrid City will also remain open (Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas Nº402 28055 - Madrid).
Members must make an appointment at either of the two offices, using the appointment service available to them, in order to guarantee compliance with the appropriate health measures within in place due to COVID-19.
TIn order to make an appointment, members must log in to the Online Member Support Office and click on the "appointment" button, where they can select the date and time from the available options. Once the booking is made, they will receive a confirmation email where they will be able to check the details of the appointment, as well as make changes or cancel it.
