The Real Madrid Bylaws form the official documentation that brings together all the general regulations that govern the Club, they define the Entity's legitimate bodies, such as the General Assembly, the President and the Board of Directors. They also include the rights and obligations of the Members.
The bylaws currently in force were approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Real Madrid C.F. Members held on the 30th of September 2012.
