Real Madrid played their eighteenth European Cup final in the Serbian capital, after having played in 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1978, 1980, 1985, 1995, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018.
