This evening, Real Madrid bring to a close the 2022/23, which has seen the team secure the Club World Cup, the Uefa Super Cup and the Copa del Rey. Ancelotti’s men will be ending their campaign at the Santiago Bernabéu, where they will welcome Athletic Club on matchday 38 LaLiga 6.30 pm CET.

The madridistas will be vying to finish the season with their 25th win in the competition and will be looking to carry on the form that has seen them string together two victories. Both of these came last week, against Rayo and Sevilla.
“I'd like to finish the season well,” said Ancelotti in the press conference ahead of the clash. The Italian coach has a full-strength squad for the clash, with the likes of CarvajalVini Jr.Asensio and Benzema all making their returns, and the inclusion of Rodrygo, who has scored the team’s last three goals.
