Looking for a third consecutive league win
Real Madrid will take on Celta at Balaídos as they aim to stay at the top of the table (9:30pm CEST).
Goals, a clean sweep of wins and the top spot at the start of the LaLiga campaign. Real Madrid will be hoping to extend their good run of form tonight at Balaídos as they go in search of their third league win on the bounce. Ancelotti's men have made a flying start to the competition and will be looking to stay at the top of the table against Celta.
An excellent level of performance has been on display for our team. Both in defence and attack they were outstanding against Athletic Club and Almeria. Having conceded just one goal and scored five, Ancelotti's men are the top scorers in LaLiga after the first two matchdays. Bellingham is leading the way in this area. The Englishman has scored three goals at the start of the season and is the competition's top scorer.
The last game in August and the third on the road. Taking the three points will be crucial in order to return to the Santiago Bernabéu on 2 September against Getafe in the best possible shape. Ancelotti stressed the importance of the win in Vigo in his pre-match press conference: "We want to build on our two-game winning streak".
Celta
The Galician side enter this season with a new coach. Rafa Benítez stepped in as coach in the summer. Having picked up their first LaLiga point of the season last time out in San Sebastian, Celta will be looking to get their first win of the season against Real Madrid.
