Chus Mateo: "We've had a great Regular Season"
NEWS.

Chus Mateo and Musa analysed the team's win away to Kaunas and talked about the historic Regular Season that they have achieved with 27 victories. The coach said: " We've had a great Regular Season. The fact that we have known for four games that we are going to be first has made us lose a bit of competitive tension. Hopefully we can do well in the playoffs and go on to the Final Four, which we want to offer our fans. We always think a lot about them, about the joy they feel when we win. It's not going to be easy and we're going to need a lot from them."
"We were very serious in defence. Although It's true that we might have given away some needless turnovers at the end, but we were able to make the shot in the last second after they scored two difficult three-pointers."
Good vibes
"I'm happy with the way we felt in a game that had no more importance than one more win in a Regular Season. We managed 27 and that's not bad at all. I'm happier for the overall feeling. We were more attentive at the back. Hopefully we will soon be able to play as we expected, which is even better, and be ready for the playoffs. We have two tough games coming up in the league and we have to focus on them."
Playoff
"This is the toughest moment for me. They are games in which every point is crucial, and can mean huge sacrifices, where there are players who are injured and others who have to recover. In the end, you have to give 100 per cent if you want to go through."
Musa: "We felt good"
"We felt very good on a very difficult court. It has given us confidence for the playoff, which is very important. We are ready. We have to defend like today and we have a plan to win this Euroleague, but we have to go little by little. We are hungry to win every game but this competition is very difficult."
On Deck's basket
"Deck is an incredible guy. He made that basket and thought nothing of it. He's a great player and I'm very pleased for him."
