Granada's Palacio de los Deportes will be the setting tonight as Real Madrid begin their quest to get their hands on a 29th Copa del Rey. The competition's most decorated team face a never-before-seen quarter-final meeting with Río Breogán, who are back in the Copa for the first time in 32 years. After lifting the Super Cup in September, Pablo Laso's men are seeking their second title of the season.

The Copa is back in Andalusia, two years on from our team's triumph in Malaga. On this occasion, the tournament takes place in Granada, for just the third time in its history the last was back in 1995. Laso's charges have got their hands on the trophy in five of the last eight years and will be hoping to reach their ninth successive semi-final this evening.
Real Madrid set out on their Copa journey having beaten Unicaja away from home in their last league clash. The team from Lugo meanwhile are enjoying a solid season, picking up 10 wins from 19 domestic games. Just like our team, they were victorious this weekend 99-82 against Valencia Basket.

Mrsic's team boast a complete squad, with their play revolving around Musa. The forward is top point-scorer and leads PIR in the Endesa League 19.8 and 22.2 respectively. Indeed, he put on a clinic in the match prior to the Copa, posting 31 points and a PIR of 47. Breogán have been in fine offensive form all round this campaign, averaging 83.7 points per game, so it's sure to be a tough clash for Madrid as they look to book a ticket in Saturday's semi-finals.
