Rodrygo's goal set Real Madrid on their way to a remarkable comeback against Sevilla and the forward assessed the three points taken from the Sánchez-Pizjuán: “We head away with an incredible feeling, we always fight until the end. We knew this would be a very difficult game but I'm thrilled to have got on in the second half, scored a goal and provide an assist to help my team. We should really value these three points because nobody else has won here but we've managed it. It's three points that edge us closer to our goal, which is to win LaLiga”.
“The coach told us to play a bit more because we struggled in the first half and they were better than us. These are things only Real Madrid are capable of doing. I'm incredibly proud to be part of this team and to be involved in these comebacks”.
Courtois: "Scoring three goals in the second half says a lot"
"Sevilla haven't conceded many goals and for us to score three in the second half says a lot. We knew that a goal would get us back into the game and we believed we could do it right until the end. They're always difficult to beat at home and it means a lot to us to beat them here because it's a big step forward in the league".
"We were better organised defensively in the second half and pressed better. We didn't play very well in the first half but then we put in a great second half performance. We weren't going to settle for 2-2 and we went on to get the win".
