Gento also won the Spanish Cup at Real Madrid. He won it for the first time in 1962, scoring four goals throughout the tournament. He played every minute of a 2-1 victory over Sevilla in the final.
His second Spanish Cup win came in 1970, playing in the final against Valencia as Real Madrid went on to win 3-1. This was the last title that Gento won during his legendary career for Real Madrid.
