The foundation of this emblematic rock took place on February 22, 1993, when its first board of directors chaired by Joaquín Martín Ponce was established and the corresponding statutes were established. Then, José Manuel Muñoz Martín replaced the first president, forming a new directive. He then took the position of President José Barba Fernández, then Cristóbal Muñoz Suárez until he replaced him again, in his second term, José Manuel Muñoz Martín. The latter's mandate has been extending every four years until the current date of the end of 2013. He now has a new directive, which demonstrates the good work done in bonares in favor of Madrid, both at the human level.
