Real Madrid complete first training session in Chicago
Ancelotti's squad combined fitness work with ball drills at the University of Illinois.
Real Madrid have carried out their first training session in the United States. The players who have travelled to Chicago worked out using the facilities at the University of Illinois as they continue their preparations for the 2024/25 campaign. The team play their opening clash in the DirecTV Soccer Champions Tour against Milan at Soldier Field (Thursday, 02:30 am CEST; Wednesday, 7:30pm local time).
Ancelotti's boys got underway with a one-hour session in the gym, before moving onto the pitch for a range of possession, pressing and ball drills. Training concluded with a series of games on reduced-size pitches.
