Vini Jr. was named the best player of the 2022/23 LaLiga campaign at the second edition of the Spanish Footballers' Association AFE awards, held at the Real Casino in Madrid. The Madrid forward, who made 33 appearances in last season's competition, scoring 10 goals and providing eight assists, was awarded the prize following a vote by the footballers.
