Born in London on 8 March 1956, he was 33 years old at the time of his passing, having represented our club from 1979 to 1982. An England international, he arrived from West Bromwich, and his greatest assets were his elegance, ability one-on-one and versatility in attack.

He made 66 appearances as a madridista, scoring 20 goals. During his time at Real Madrid he won 1 LaLiga and 2 Copas de España and among his most memorable moments, is his performance in the Clásico at the Camp Nou in February 1980.
