2-1: Kroos and Rüdiger start in Germany's win over Greece
Both madridistas played in the last friendly ahead of EURO 2024.
Germany beat Greece as they prepare for the European Championship, which they host in a week's time. Kroos and Rüdiger both started for the home side. Rüdiger was taken off in the 69th minute while Kroos played the full 90. Greece took the lead in the first half with a goal by Masouras in the 33rd minute. In the second half, Havertz (‘69) and Groos (’89) turned the scoreline around at Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park. Germany, who are drawn in Group A, make their European Championship debut next Friday against Scotland.
