On 28 April 1963, the team coached by Joaquín Hernández was mathematically proclaimed champion on the penultimate day of the final phase after beating Joventut 112-66. It was the fourth consecutive National League title for our team, which would seal its hegemony in Spanish basketball by winning the next three championships for a total of seven in a row.
