José Martínez Pirri has been inducted into the Pachuca Football Hall of Fame (Mexico). The club's honorary president and Iker Casillas are two of the 18 new legends inducted in the 2025 edition.

Pirri, who has been added to the list of club legends, joined Real Madrid in 1964, aged just 19. He spent 16 seasons at the club, helping the club secure its sixth European Cup, 10 LaLiga titles and four Copa de España trophies. He played 561 official matches and scored 172 goals. He was also the first player to receive the Laureada award from Santiago Bernabéu. On 11 November 2023, he was elected honorary president of the club at the Extraordinary General Assembly.

Meanwhile, Casillas has been distinguished in the international legends category. The goalkeeper joined the club at the age of nine and defended the Madridista shirt for twenty-five years. He played 725 official matches with the first team, winning 19 trophies, including three European Cups. He also won one World Cup and two European Championships with the Spanish national team.
