Real Madrid Sport City celebrates its 18th anniversary and is a source of pride for all madridistas. Under the presidency of Florentino Pérez, it was inaugurated on 30 September 2005 and has been constantly evolving to maintain its status as the best sports city in the world. The squad coached by Carlo Ancelotti works here on a daily basis and their training camps take place at the residence.

The basketball team has been fully integrated into Real Madrid Sport City since 2016 thanks to the creation of the pavilion. It is their training venue and where the youth basketball teams play and train. The women's team also trains and plays its home games at the complex. In addition, these facilities, which began to be built on 12 May 2004 with the laying of the foundation stone, can host other types of events such as the Members' Representative Assemblies.
Real Madrid Sport City is home to both the men's and women's youth football teams. The training sessions and matches of our youth teams are also held here. The Alfredo Di Stéfano, which pays tribute to the greatest player of all time and hosts the Castilla, women's first team and Under-19 matches in the UEFA Youth League, is a particular highlight of the complex.

Corporate office building
The corporate office building is another example of the growth of Real Madrid Sport City. The relocation of all the club staff and the Real Madrid Foundation to this building was completed in 2018, in which the highest architectural and functional quality has been sought, taking into account the basic values of simplicity, transparency, sustainability and modernity.

Agronomic laboratory
Real Madrid Sport City houses an agronomic laboratory to study, test and adjust the new automated system of the pitch at the Santiago Bernabéu. It consists of a 900 m² building, with an enclosure featuring an artificial turf covering.
