All items discussed at the Ordinary General Assembly approved almost unanimously
The representative members approved the accounts for the 2024/25 financial year, the 2025/26 budget and the membership fees for 2026/27.
The representatives of Real Madrid approved all the items addressed at the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly, which was held in person and online at the basketball pavilion at Real Madrid City. As a result, they gave their almost unanimous backing to the management of club president Florentino Pérez and his Board of Directors, approving the accounts for the 2024/25 financial year, the 2025/26 budget and the membership fees for the 2026/27 season.
The club president, Florentino Pérez, the vice-president, Pedro López, and all the delegate members who requested to do so took part in the Assembly.
Proposed resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting:
ITEM TWO. Approval of the Settlement of Accounts, Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Club, as well as those consolidated with the investee company, corresponding to the 2024/2025 financial year.
The result of the 1,744 votes cast is: 1,734 votes in favour, 3 against and 7 abstentions. That is, 99.4% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM THREE. Approval of the Consolidated Income and Expenditure Budget and the Activity Plan for the 2025/2026 Financial Year.
The result of the 1,741 votes cast is: 1,728 votes in favour, 5 against and 8 abstentions. That is, 99% of the votes are in favour.
ITEM FOUR. Approval of membership fees for the 2026/2027 season.
The result of the 1,741 votes cast is: 1,694 votes in favour, 21 against and 26 abstentions. That is, 97.3% of the votes are in favour.
