Carlo Ancelotti received the Lion of Sport award at the ceremony organised by Spanish daily El Español who were celebrating their seventh anniversary. The Italian manager was grateful to receive the award “It's the result of a fantastic and unforgettable year. We have achieved something unique and important. We have achieved it amongst all of us and it has been a fantastic connection. We have taken into account the values that have distinguished Real Madrid and which have turned us into the best club in history. I’m at a great club and Madrid is a great city.”
