Real Madrid ambassador and one of the great legends of our basketball team, Felipe Reyes, is the latest guest to take centre stage in the El valor de un capitán The value of a captain section on the Sport Values Academy TV, the Real Madrid Foundation’s omnichannel eLearning and audiovisual platform. The interview, conducted by Eider Marín, the head of training in diversity attention, explores the importance of the role he played within the team and the key aspects that set a team leader apart.
 
This interview sees Reyes take his place alongside Iker Casillas and Real Madrid Castilla captain Antonio Blanco as the first guests to share their experiences as captains from an educational perspective with the platform’s more than 10,000 registered users. Felipe reflects on his career and personal journey and how the positive values involved in sport help us to improve in our day-to-day lives away from the on-court action. The power forward hones in on the importance of camaraderie, effort and respect during his spell at Real Madrid and the values he was taught at the club.
