Chus Mateo: "We have to be ready for a very demanding match"
NEWS.

Chus Mateo and Rudy Fernández talked to Realmadrid TV ahead Euroleague matchday 11 between Fenerbahçe and Real Madrid (Thursday, 6:45pm). The coach pointed out: "We're going to try to recover today and concentrate on the next game. It was a strange day yesterday because we had breakfast in Madrid, lunch in Belgrade and slept in Istanbul. But we must also be ready for a very demanding game, at a difficult court and with a crowd that will get behind them. We're up against a team with a very good squad and who haven't lost at home".

The move involving Sergio Rodríguez and Poirier
"The whole team is very close and was very happy, as it was a bit of a way of showing collective play. It was a very nice move. Sergio Rodriguez is magical when it comes to creating those situations with the pivots. But I'm more happy with the 29 assists and the seven turnovers. It's going to be a different game tomorrow".

Fenerbahçe
"They've got players that everybody knows, they've done a lot in the Euroleague. They are a great team, who are even stronger at home. It's a very complete squad with 14 top players".

Rudy: "We are happy but we have to keep it up"
"The team is doing well. Yesterday's game was very positive and we are already focused on tomorrow's game, which we know is a very difficult game. We expect the best Fenerbahçe can give, but we know that we have 10 consecutive wins in the Euroleague and they'll be looking to end our unbeaten run".

"We're doing a good job and understand the importance of the game. We're all focused and every player is giving their all when they're out on the court. We've got a very large squad and the coach can always count on those of us who're on the court. We're happy but we need to keep going because it's a long road ahead".
