Chus Mateo and Vincent Poirier have reflected on Real Madrid’s 8th round win over Alba Berlin in the Euroleague. The coach feeling very satisfied with his team: “Winning 3 in a row has been very important, but we already have our minds set on the next game. We can permit celebrating the match for 5 minutes because it was excellent. We did really well, above all in the first half. We knew exactly what we had to do in the second half to not let them back into the game.”
“We still have lots to improve on but we have lost several players and have others that we are trying to ease back in after injuries, we also have to take it little by little to find our path. We must continue to work hard in every game and training session.”
