NEWS.

Chus Mateo and Campazzo spoke to the club's official media in the run-up to the EuroLeague round 19 game between Real Madrid and Anadolu Efes. The Madrid coach said: "We have to be solid in defence because Anadolu Efes is a team capable of scoring a lot of points. We have to put the game against Barcelona behind us and move on. We're doing a good job and the mentality has to stay the same".

"One of the things we have to improve is rebounding. We all try to attack and defend together, and rebounding is a collective matter. That allows us to be a solid team".
Euroleague objective
" It's a very demanding competition and the work we're doing reflects the good work that we've been doing. The objective is to get into the playoffs and we're on the right path. Tomorrow we've got another step closer to achieving it".
Twelfth Night
"It's a magical night for everyone and we'll try to do our bit. I'm sure our fans will support us as they always do with their encouragement and that'll make things a lot easier".
Campazzo: "We have to be ready for a tough game"
"Efes has great individual and collective quality in spite of their injuries. We have to be ready for a tough game. We have to improve the things from the last game and continue with what we've been doing good through the season. We have to give 100 per cent".
"We will look to control the rebound against them so that they don't have too many possessions, we can then run the court more and play free-flowing. Small details will make a big difference".
Mentality
"We're comimg into it on thje back of a lot of wins and playing at a high level. You always have to focus on the next game and that's the best way to approach a long season. We're not going to get complacent, we'll continue with our winning mentality".
The eve of Epiphany
"It's a special day. It's the last of the children's holidays. Hopefully a lot of people will come to get behind us and that's a bonus for us".
