Chus Mateo, Hezonja and Tavares analysed Real Madrid's win against Panathinaikos in EuroLeague game 13. The coach said: "We played a very well-rounded game from the start and we were there for each other during the tough moments. We fought with what we had and in the third quarter we broke the game open. We were very good at shooting from three-point range. Battling together and reducing mistakes were the keys to beat Panathinaikos. My players put in a tremendous effort."
"This is the way. We held them to 10 points in a third quarter where we had more steals and more fluidity. We're working day by day. We've beaten Olympiacos and Panathinaikos in Athens, but it's time to think about the next game. It'll be a tough game against Gran Canaria."
