Rudy Fernández competed in his sixth Olympic Games in Paris. The Madrid forward is the first player in the history of men's basketball to reach this milestone. Rudy has taken part in the 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2024 Games, and has won 2 silver medals (Beijing and London) and 1 bronze medal (Rio de Janeiro).
At these Games, Rudy marks the end of a legendary and glittering career. He has been a key player in one of the most successful periods in Real Madrid's history. During his 13 seasons at the club, he won 26 trophies: 3 Euroleagues, 1 Intercontinental, 7 Spanish Leagues, 6 Copa del Rey and 9 Spanish Super Cups.
Capped 266 times by the Spanish national team (the most ever). As well as the Olympic medals, he has won two World Cups, four Eurobasket, a silver and a bronze in the Eurobasket.
