"It has been a spectacular season with lots to celebrate"

The protagonists of the 37th Liga spoke during their visit to the Comunidad de Madrid and City Hall. Sergio Llull had words of thanks for the fans: "Thank you all very much for coming and for supporting us in such an amazing year. We've won three titles and we're very proud and happy to celebrate it with all of you."

"We can rest over the summer feeling very good about ourselves. It has been a spectacular season. We were 20 minutes short of winning every title, but I'm very proud of the team. We won 72 games out of 86. It's my fourth Liga title. The team has been very solid throughout the season. I don't remember such a good team at Madrid in the seven years I've been here. We've had lots to celebrate this year."
