Real Madrid beat Olimpia Milan in the final on 1 April 1967 (91-83).

Two years after lifting their second European Cup, Real Madrid won the trophy once more. Our team won Europe's top competition for the third time on 1 April 1967. Pedro Ferrándiz's team overcame Olimpia Milan (91-83) in a final which took place in Madrid.
In spite of the Italian team's strength, the defending champions at the time, Madrid won a game that was 45-45 at half-time and in which Emiliano, with 29 points, and Aiken, with 23, were the standout performers. This title confirmed our team's dominance in Europe, as they had won three of the last four editions of the competition.
