Real Madrid are gearing up to play the EuroLeague Final Four at the Uber Arena ine Berlin. A multi-use centre that was opened in 2008, it's home to Alba Berlin. Our team have played there on 10 occasions against the German outfit, winning every time. Tonight, they face Olympiacos in the semifinals (9:00 pm CEST).
The Uber Arena, previously known as the 02 World Berlin and Mercedes Benz Arena, is a leading venue in Germany. It has played host to concerts by the biggest artists in the world including Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Metallica and Madonna, among others. Besides being the home of Alba Berlin, it's also where ice hockey team Eisbären Berlin play their matches. This will be the second time the Final Four is hosted at the arena, following the 2008/09 edition, which saw Panathiniakos beat CSKA Moscow in the final to be crowned champions (71-73). In 2022, it also hosted Eurobasket, while this year it was the setting for tennis' Laver Cup.
