Real Madrid go in to the second game of the Euroleague playoffs with a 1-0 lead over Maccabi. Less than 48 hours since Laso's men won the first of the playoffs and will be looking to make it 2-0 tonight ahead of the trip to Tel Aviv. The team will once again be hoping for the backing of the WiZink Center as they go in search of another victory.

Today's game could shape the fate of this tie. A second victory at El Palacio would see Madrid in a good position to book their place in the Final Four. Real Madrid have qualified on the six previous occasions that they've taken a 2-0 lead in a five-legged Euroleague tie.
It will be a very demanding contest, especially on a physical level. Avi Even's team has two good points scorers in Wilbekin and Nunnally both recorded double figures in points in the first match. It's also important for our team to focus on the zone, as the Israeli team has Zizic, with an average of 12 points per game, and Reynolds.

Defence and the three-pointer
Laso's side held Maccabi to 74 points on Wednesday, with defence proving crucial in the final quarter to halt the visitors' comeback. The effort paid off in offence with the three-point shooting. Real Madrid scored 16 of the 29 they took an impressive 55.2%. If they're able to match these performances today, the victory will be even closer.
