Real Madrid Graduate school – Universidad Europea and Clemson University announce collaboration agreement
The Real Madrid Graduate school – Universidad Europea and Clemson University have announced a new collaboration that offers students from the US university a unique international experience in Madrid. The partnership presents an exceptional opportunity for students to gain valuable, practical knowledge in the fields of communication, business, and leadership, from one of the world’s most iconic brands: Real Madrid.
The collaboration agreement includes spring and fall programs, each consisting of four courses and a business plan, totalling 15 credits. There will also be a seven-week summer program that includes two courses, totalling 6 credits. The course covers key areas such as “Technical Management in Sports Organisations,” “Commercialisation and Marketing for Sports,” “Management of Major Events and Sports Venues,” and “Techniques and Commercial Management.”
Business Plan
One of the program’s highlights is the “Business Plan” course, which sees students collaborate on projects with prestigious companies associated with the Real Madrid Graduate school – Universidad Europea. These projects offer a unique international perspective, fostering students’ business skills and allowing them to apply the school’s core values: ELITE (Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence). The goal is to educate future leaders who embody Real Madrid’s ethical standards and historical values.
The Real Madrid Experience
All programs include involvement in the Real Madrid Experience. This exclusive annual event features conferences with prominent figures from the sports world, covering topics such as marketing, digital transformation, venue management, etc. Students also visit Real Madrid’s facilities and other locations in Madrid, helping them gain a comprehensive understanding of different business models.
