There are host and hostesses in each of Área VIP-Corporate Hospitality's boxes and exclusive areas. They greet clients upon arriving, check their tickets, take their coats, accompany them to their seats and tend to their needs. This exclusive and personal attention is carried out with courtesy and discretion.

Each member of our hosting staff goes through special training and a selection process carried out by Real Madrid.

Catering offered by aims for quality, variety and care for products served.

Service begins as soon as gates open one hour before kick-off and lasts throughout the match, ending 30 minutes after full-time. Clients are greeted upon arrival with a glass of cava or cocktail, as well as snacks and some catering products. Menus are devised with all kinds of clients in mind and therefore always offer variety; fried products are always served, as well as fish, meats and sweets.

Tending to special needs, also offered upon request are menus for Muslims, vegetarians, those suffering from allergies or celiac disease, etc. Hospitality areas housed in the stadium's restaurants offer catering provided by the restaurants themselves.
